All of you are very talented, but there will be only one TOP Scholar. We thank all your mentors even though, we all know that the whole world is watching, and we all know that all you are doing your best to teach them, it is all about entertainment.

Here are some exerpt comments:

Bugoy - Halatang malat na malat na ang boses niya. If ever mananalo siya, ang tadhana niya'y magagaya kay Jordin Sparks. Ligaya was actually excruciating to hear. Maling mali kasi ang vocal technique niya. But I have to admit, ang galing niya sumayaw,

Zhel - The songs are too big for her. Jennifer Holiday and Aretha Franklin songs are better suited for real belters (like Laarni). Kinain siya ng I'm Changing. Yung "Nothing's going to stop me now" niya ay sobra mali. Yung stop niya wrong timing. Yung me niya wrong note. Yung now niya lackluster. Hindi niya mahabol ang level ng respect din.

Laarni - best performance of the night! Promise! Even with those timing mistakes, her delivery was still superb. She had 99% of her notes correct. Her last note in Manalig Ka was just showstopping, headshaking, brilliant! She deserves to win! She also had the hardest songs to sing and delivered it the most.

Honestly, bored ako with the other performances. Only Zhel and Laarni had the hard songs and Zhel couldn't even deliver those songs with the level of Jennifer Holliday, Jennifer Hudson and Aretha Franklin. The only scholars capable of those songs are Laarni and Poy.
